How to choose a swimsuit….. Oh yes, one of those things we love avoid and don’t do until we absolutely have to. I suppose it is because there are only the necessary bits covered and the rest is all out there for the world to see. I know of people who do not swim because they feel so terrible about their bodies. This is a crying shame as swimming or even bathing is so therapeutic and enjoyable.
